In the morning, I finished up the oral history transcript for Fr. Doll’s “Ireland” series of photographs and began work on a series he produced in Vietnam for the book “A Day in the Life of Vietnam.” Having been to Hoi An, where much of the photography took place, I was able to quickly find correct spellings of the locations he mentioned, which not only made my time more efficiently spent, but also I am hopeful aids in the quality of the metadata that will later be extracted. (2.5 hours)

Later, Jon arrived, so we continued work on the St. John’s Church artifact exhibition. I still felt as though we had too many items on the shelf, and so in working with Jon, I trimmed down the number of materials in the exhibit that I didn’t think contributed much to the overall themes we wanted to display. (2 hours).

At the end of the day, I selected a new passage to display in the Saint John's Bible exhibit after consulting what illuminations had been selected recently and the liturgical themes for the week. (30 minutes)
