In this assignment, completed for LIS 60601: Information Sources and Reference Services, I identified the information needs for a real-life class at an international school in South Korea. After working with the Social Studies teacher to determine the areas of need, I identified and provided instruction on how to use pertinent resources for their assigned project, both in sources of information and how to create a works cited page in MLA format. I created a guide for using the LibGuide, provided instructions for using both library and internet resources in separate pages, and finally showed examples and provided further resources for citing sources in MLA format.
